Zusammenfassung

Hangar 901 Aircraft Maintenance GmbH, located at Hahn-Airport, is seeking an experienced aircraft technician for in-line and base maintenance on large civil aircraft. You will prepare and inspect components, verify documentation, and ensure compliance with aviation standards.

Strong knowledge of AMM/IPC/NTM/SOPM and aviation regulations (LBA, EASA, FAA) is essential. The role requires teamwork, meticulous documentation, and adherence to safety protocols on-site in Germany.

Qualifikationen

• Two years' experience servicing large civil aircraft in line or base maintenance
• Knowledge of manufacturing and inspection technology
• Familiar with airframe structure and manufacturer documentation (AMM, IPC, NTM, SOPM)
• Strong knowledge of aviation regulations (LBA, EASA, FAA)
• Basic understanding of product manufacturing and inspection technology

Aufgaben

• Prepare, set up, and standardize equipment and perform examinations per approved instructions
• Conduct inspections, evaluate results, and document findings
• Understand applicable codes, standards, and basic manufacturing and inspection technologies
• Ensure daily handover is completed in writing
• Maintain safety and security regulations and support team members, report critical issues, and manage tools and records

Required Qualifications

• general vocational training or on the job training shall be comparable to the training content of a technical profession
• a minimum of two years of experience in the servicing of large, civil aircraft and their engines in line and/or base maintenance
• basic knowledge regarding the manufacturing of the product and examination technology
• relevant knowledge in the airframe structure and experience with manufacturer's and aircraft documentation such as AMM and IPC, NTM, SOPM
• very good knowledge of aviation regulations (LBA, EASA, FAA)

Responsibilities

• following examination procedures, conducting inspections, evaluate results and ensure proper documentation
• understand the scope, limitations, applicable codes, standards and basic manufacturing and inspection technologies
• ensure that written handover is performed on daily basis
• ensure compliance with safety and security regulations, support team members if needed, report critical issues and maintain proper handling of tools, parts and maintenance records
