Zusammenfassung

L&T Technology Services (LTTS) is seeking an NC Programmer to join our engineering team in Augsburg, Germany. The role focuses on CAM programming using TOP SOLID for 3-, 4-, and 5-axis operations, including Turn-mill centers.

You will validate with VERICUT and create shop floor setup sheets while interfacing with German and English-speaking stakeholders. The ideal candidate has hands-on CAM experience, strong toolpath generation skills, and proficiency in Excel.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with 3,4 and 5-axis CAM programming.

• Strong German and English communication.

• CAM tool programming using TOP SOLID.
• Develop 3D toolpaths for 3,4,5-axis and turn-mill CNCs.

• Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers in German and English.
• Support incidents and engineering queries; maintain Excel spreadsheets.

Job Description:

Detailed JD and roles and responsibilities –

• CAM tool would be TOP SOLID ie., worked on advance 3, 4 & 5axis and Turn-mill part programming
• Hands on experience in optimum toolpath generation for 3, 4, & 5 Axis and turn-mill CNC machines & prove out
• Validation in VERICUT is essential and creation of shop floor setup sheets
• Shop floor exposure and good machining concepts for Turning centres, Turn-mill & Milling work centres both HMC & VMC
• Technical interactions with internal client members & External suppliers (Software vendors, etc) in GERMAN & English
• Solving & addressing technical queries those initiated by technical team (Incident Management)
• Comfortable with excel
