Job summary

Isar Aerospace SE in Germany is seeking a Multimedia Systems & Visual Content Specialist to create, manage and scale high-quality photo, video, livestream, and multimedia content across all Isar Aerospace locations.

You will lead content production from concept through capture and post-production, build and maintain camera and livestream infrastructure, and collaborate with engineering, production, and communications teams while traveling between sites.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in multimedia content creation, videography, photography, or related field.
• Ability to plan, produce and deliver content from concept to final output.
• Strong technical expertise in professional camera systems and livestream technologies.
• Experience deploying and operating permanent AV, camera, broadcast, or video infrastructure across multiple locations.
• Willingness to travel regularly between Isar Aerospace locations.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.
• Drone pilot certification and experience with aerial content production.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, develop, prototype, and implement custom camera systems and remote multimedia solutions.
• Develop and maintain internal livestream capabilities connecting employees across locations.
• Define technical standards, equipment roadmaps, maintenance processes, and infrastructure requirements.
• Collaborate with Facilities, IT, Engineering, Security and external suppliers to integrate multimedia infra into sites.

Mission Brief

As we scale to build space capabilities around the world, we are looking for a Multimedia Specialist to create, manage, and scale high-quality photo, video, livestream, and multimedia content across all Isar Aerospace locations, translating company milestones, technology, people, and culture into compelling visual storytelling.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments — proactively shaping our visual identity rather than waiting for inbound. You will work closely across all functions in internal and external Communication, Marketing, Branding as well as with our engineering and production teams.

Your Role in Our Space Mission:

Content Production & Storytelling

• Create and produce high-quality photo, video, livestream, and multimedia content across all Isar Aerospace locations.
• Translate company milestones, technology, people, and culture into compelling content for internal and external audiences.
• Support with content strategies, campaigns, and production from concept development through capture, editing, post-production, and distribution.

Multimedia Infrastructure & Capabilities

• Support the design, implementation, operation, and continuous expansion of permanent camera, studio, livestream, and broadcast infrastructure across all Isar Aerospace locations, including headquarters, production facilities, test sites, launch sites, and future facilities in close collaboration with engineering and project teams.
• Build efficient and remotely operable camera systems supporting both communications needs and engineering, testing, and operational activities.
• Conceptualize, develop, prototype, and implement custom camera systems, remote-operated multimedia solutions, and specialized technical infrastructure tailored to both engineering, testing, and high-end content production requirements
• Develop and maintain professional internal livestream and town hall capabilities connecting employees across all locations.
• Define technical standards, equipment roadmaps, maintenance processes, and infrastructure requirements to ensure consistent, high-quality multimedia capabilities across all sites.
• Collaborate with Facilities, IT, Engineering, Security, and external suppliers to integrate multimedia infrastructure into new buildings, production areas, test facilities, and future site expansions from the outset.

Qualification & Experience Checklist

• 3-6 years of experience in multimedia content creation, videography, photography, content production, or a related field.
• Proven ability to independently plan, produce, and deliver high-quality photo, video, and livestream content from concept to final output.
• Strong technical expertise in professional camera systems, video production, editing software, audio equipment, lighting, and livestream technologies.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, content formats, and digital content distribution.
• Experience planning, deploying, and operating permanent AV, camera, broadcast, or video infrastructure across multiple locations, facilities, studios, production environments, or industrial sites.
• Ability to manage multimedia infrastructure projects, including vendor selection, technical requirements, implementation, and long-term maintenance.
• Hands‑on, proactive, and highly organized with excellent project management skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly between Isar Aerospace locations and support key milestones, including tests, launches, events, and company broadcasts.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.
• Drone pilot certification and experience with aerial content production.

• Experience in technology, engineering, aerospace, manufacturing, or other highly technical industries.
• Experience with studio operations, broadcast production, and large-scale livestream events.
• Knowledge of motion graphics, animation, or advanced post-production workflows.
