Zusammenfassung

PSG in Deutschland sucht eine/n Facharbeiter/in für die Montage von Drehkolbenpumpen. Sie arbeiten nach Zeichnungen, führen Schweißarbeiten aus und montieren komplette Aggregate.

Sie bringen eine technische Ausbildung mit und verfügen über Montageerfahrung von Maschinen/Anlagen. Teamfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Qualitätsbewusstsein werden erwartet; 5S und kontinuierliche Verbesserung gehören zum Alltag.

Qualifikationen

• Technische Ausbildung (Industriemechaniker, Mechatroniker, Schlosser o. Ä.).
• Erfahrung in der Montage von Maschinen/Anlagen.
• Sicherer Umgang mit Zeichnungen und Stücklisten.
• Qualitätsbewusste, zuverlässige Arbeitsweise und Teamfähigkeit.

Aufgaben

• Montage von Drehkolbenpumpen inkl. Schweißarbeiten und kompletten Aggregaten.
• Funktions- und Prüfstandläufe inkl. Dichtheitsprüfungen und Laufproben; Dokumentation.
• Kontrolle von Bauteilen und Baugruppen auf Maßhaltigkeit, Vollständigkeit, Funktion.
• Durchführung von Qualitätskontrollen in der Fertigung; Mitarbeit bei Abweichungen.
• Wareneingangskontrollen von Komponenten und Rohmaterial.
• Gravur und Kennzeichnung von Komponenten (Typen, Seriennummern, Chargen).
• Verpackung inkl. Versandunterlagen; 5S und kontinuierliche Verbesserung aktiv unterstützen.
