Zusammenfassung

Trinetix is seeking a Legal Counsel to manage a broad scope of legal matters with a focus on commercial contracts, IP, corporate, and privacy issues across an international tech business.

The role requires drafting and negotiating MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, DPAs, and vendor agreements, advising across jurisdictions, and supporting AI-enabled legal work. Fluency in English and Ukrainian is important.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in Law.
• 3+ years of relevant legal experience, preferably in an IT or technology company.
• Strong experience drafting and negotiating commercial and technology contracts governed by US law and/or English law.
• Good understanding of key technology-contract issues, including liability, indemnities, IP, data protection, information security and licensing.
• Advanced English and Ukrainian.
• Practical experience using generative AI tools in legal work.
• Nice to have: understanding of the US tax system.
• Nice to have: experience in IT services, software development or outsourcing industry.
• Nice to have: experience with privacy, cybersecurity or AI-related legal matters.
• Nice to have: experience with information security and privacy frameworks or assurance standards, including ISO 27001, ISO 27701, SOC 2 or NIST frameworks.
• Nice to have: experience implementing or building legal-tech or automation tools, including AI-assisted development or vibe coding.
