INNOLOGIC sp. z o.o. is seeking a Java Engineer to join a cloud-native platform used by Life Sciences organisations. You will design and implement backend services, contribute to architecture, and ensure reliable, scalable systems in a collaborative, international environment.

We value hands-on development with Java/Spring, AWS, and microservices, plus the ability to work independently and communicate clearly. Flexible, remote-friendly model and ongoing learning opportunities are offered.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3-6 years of backend development with Java.
• Strong knowledge of Spring and Spring Boot.
• Experience with AWS in production environments.
• Solid understanding of microservices architecture.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and relational databases.
• Familiarity with Tomcat or similar application servers.
• Ability to work independently, make informed technical decisions, and contribute to system design.
• Good communication skills.
• Optional, Experience with Big Data tools (Hadoop, Spark).
• Familiarity with Kafka or other event-driven systems.
• Ability to assist occasionally with small tasks in React.
• Experience working on projects in healthcare or Life Sciences.

About the project

We are looking for a Java Engineer to join our team building a cloud-native platform used by global Life Sciences organisations. You will work on backend services supporting pharmaceutical companies in analysing potential adverse drug effects. This role offers a mix of technical ownership, system design, and hands-on development in a highly collaborative, international environment.
