SWISS KRONO Group is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer (w/m/d) in Berlin, hybrid. You will design, customize and integrate Dynamics CRM components, writing C#, Javascript, and .NET code, and working with Dataverse and Power Apps.

The role requires hands-on experience with Dynamics CRM, Dataverse, and Azure tools, plus strong English fluency and a proactive, independent work style within a global team.

Qualifikationen

• Proficient in C#, Javascript, .NET; strong HTML/CSS skills.
• Deep understanding of Dataverse and Model-Driven Apps.
• Experience with Azure, Azure DevOps and Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM integrations.
• Good command of English (B2+); German a plus.

In Order to achieve this and to fully support business processes and encourage innovation, having the latest IT technology is crucial. So we need you to develop, enhance, customize, integrate, unit test and document custom technical objects not addressed by standard, configurable Microsoft application content. This so called “delta” are built & tested to extend the Microsoft Dynamics Standard functional coverage needs to be documented in terms of technical specification (before development) and technical documentation (for the handover / transition to operations). Developer are also responsible for customized solution documentation.

Your tasks:

• Assist in the design and specification creation of custom software components, enhancements or customizing.
• Customizing user interfaces and workflows
• Write C#, Javascript and .NET code, or use specialized development tools to create, enhance or customize software components
• Integrating Dynamics CRM with other systems
• Perform unit testing in concert with functional resources
• Support integration testing
• Knowledge Takeover and Support of our external development partners to internalize
• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 production support by assisting with the troubleshooting of problems and incidents.
• Maintain expert knowledge of Microsofts development tools, technologies and related delivery methods.

Your profile:

• C#, Javascript, .NET, HTML and CSS in combination with other development expertises
• Deep understanding of Dataverse, Model-Driven Apps, and Power Apps
• General SAP functional knowledge is a plus
• Hands on experience with Microsoft Azure, Azur DevOps
• Work independently on complex task packages within projects and independently develop solutions from design to implementation
• Present complex technical concepts and customer-specific solutions effectively
• Take a leading role in smaller projects
• Manage or coordinate tasks with full responsibility for their quality and success
• English (B2 or higher), German is a plus
