Job summary

2COMS Consulting Pvt. Ltd. in Germany is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Fitter / Metalworker to maintain, inspect, and repair production machinery and facilities.

You will perform preventive maintenance, fabricate and weld as needed, read technical drawings, and ensure safety standards. The ideal candidate has vocational training in maintenance or metalworking, 1–2 years of hands-on experience, and German language proficiency at B2.

Qualifications

• Completed vocational training / ITI / Diploma in Industrial Maintenance Fitting, Metalworking, Mechatronics, Industrial Mechanics, Mechanical Engineering or Machining Technology.
• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant hands-on experience in industrial machinery maintenance, equipment servicing and mechanical repairs.
• Practical knowledge of metalworking, fabrication and machining processes, including welding, drilling, grinding, turning and milling.
• Ability to operate workshop tools, equipment, and industrial machinery independently.
• Good understanding of technical drawings, mechanical components and manufacturing documentation.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and breakdown management.
• Ability to follow industrial safety procedures, quality standards and hygiene guidelines.
• Valid Category B Driving Licence.
• German Language Proficiency: B2 level (mandatory) – good command of spoken and written German.
• Preferred Candidate Backgrounds: Industrial Maintenance, Mechanical Fitting, Metal Fabrication, Mechatronics, Industrial Machinery Maintenance and Manufacturing.
