Your mission
  • Drive and manage strategic initiatives to expand the company's presence in the secondary metals market in the United States, ensuring sustainable business growth
  • Ensure smooth and efficient buying and selling activities of scrap metals and recycled metals on METYCLE
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with our customers and continuously expand our product portfolio of secondary metals
  • Acquire, develop, and activate prospect leads jointly with our business development team
  • Negotiate and prepare commercial offers for our products (including pricing, payment terms, delivery terms) together with our trading team - both on the buying and on the selling side
  • Manage trades end-to-end in close collaboration with our operations team (orders, contracts, logistics, payments, etc.)
  • Monitor regional and global market trends and industry dynamics to identify new opportunities and refine business strategies for staying ahead in the metals market
  • Work closely with the technology development team to enhance the customer experience and optimize marketplace functionality, driving higher engagement and satisfaction
  • Represent METYCLE at important industry events, conferences, trade fairs and grow our brand through networking with relevant industry players
Your profile
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or a related field
  • Proven track record in international B2B trading in the metals or scrap metals industry
  • Entrepreneurial mindset paired with excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Results-driven personality with hands‑on mentality and a strong focus on achieving commercial KPIs
  • Fast learner with outstanding problem‑solving skills who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys working in a diverse team
  • Excellent command of English and at least one other language
  • Willingness to travel (~50%)
  • Valid work / residence permit for the United States
