Zusammenfassung

TriTec HR GmbH is recruiting for a variety of skilled production roles in Büchen, Germany, including vehicle painting, metalworking support, grinding, carpentry and related trades. The position offers a long-term assignment with the potential for permanent placement.

You will start immediately at 19.27 EUR per hour, with a guarantee of 90% of the permanent employee rate from day one and an IG Metall-based pathway to equal pay after five months, plus welcome bonuses and continuous benefits.

Qualifikationen

• Completed vocational training in an industrial or skilled trade (e.g., CNC Machinist, Metal Grinder, Carpenter).
• Strong practical skills or prior experience as a career changer in metal production.
• Friendly and approachable; able to work well in a team.
• Reliable, motivated and hard-working.

Aufgaben

• Select the correct abrasives and use them in the proper sequence.
• Grind and finish weld seams.
• Inspect finished surfaces with required measuring equipment.
• Carry out corrections or rework where necessary.

• Alternatively, strong practical skills and previous experience as a career changer in a metal production environment
• A friendly and approachable manner
