Our client is a long-established European financial advisory platform with a strong presence across the German-speaking and broader European mid-market. The Frankfurt team is expanding and is looking to hire M&A Analysts / Associates to support growing deal flow.

The firm advises mid-market corporates, entrepreneurs and private equity investors on buy-side and sell-side transactions. The team operates in a lean and international setup, offering direct exposure to senior bankers and immediate involvement in live mandates.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of M&A transactions across DACH and Europe
• Build financial models and perform valuation work (DCF, comps, precedent transactions)
• Assist in preparing marketing materials, pitchbooks and information memoranda
• Coordinate due diligence with external advisors
• Contribute to sector research, pipeline development and deal sourcing
• Work closely with colleagues in Frankfurt and other European offices

Candidate Profile

• Experience in M&A, Corporate Finance, or Transaction Services
• Strong analytical and modelling skills, comfortable working in fast-paced deal environments
• Interest in sectors such as Industrials, Healthcare, TMT, or broader generalist mid-market
• Fluent German and English are required
• Hands-on, collaborative approach and readiness to work in smaller deal teams
