SOHO HOUSE BERLIN is seeking a Membership Manager to drive member growth, nurture relationships, and ensure a memorable experience for a global, creative community. You will work with events and content teams to deliver exceptional service, networking with industry leaders and internal stakeholders worldwide.

You should be outgoing with strong social skills and a good understanding of the local creative scene. The role reports to Head of Membership & Communications and is based in Berlin.

• Actively network to connect with potential members and industry leaders.
• Bring in new members and help meet membership targets.

• Build and manage Membership Committees for diversity and balance.

• Maintain engagement through regular communication with members.

• Assist with administrative tasks like payments and cards.

SOHO HOUSE BERLIN is a private members' club and hotel in a listed building in the heart of the capital. In addition to restaurants, a fitness studio, rooftop pool, in-house cinema and a spacious spa area, the hotel offers 65 rooms in various sizes, 20 flats and four lofts. In addition to Berlin and Great Britain, there are other houses in the USA, Toronto, Barcelona, Amsterdam, Istanbul and Mumbai. The SOHO HOUSE includes the concept store THE STORE X. THE STORE X is a platform for ideas and culture. The range includes fashion, art, design and also attracts a global community of creative people to 180 The Strand in London, Soho House Berlin and Soho Farmhouse in Oxfordshire. The role...

We are looking for an outgoing person, who thrives conversations and loves to meet new people. You should have good social skills and a general understanding for the local creative scene to build a network.

A membership manager will report into the Head of Membership & Communications, ensuring membership targets are achieved and that the overall member experience is consistently high quality, friendly and memorable. They will work cohesively with their peers in events and content to deliver the best possible experience for members.

Key Accountabilities...

• Actively networking to connect with potential members and industry leaders
• Bringing in new members and ensuring membership targets are met
• Reviewing and approving membership applications
• Building and managing Membership Committees to ensure diversity and balance
• Supporting member events and hosting introduction sessions
• Making sure members stay engaged through regular communication
• Resolving member issues, including behavior-related concerns
• Assisting with administrative tasks like membership payments and cards
• Keeping track of trends and hotspots in your city
• Collaborating with the wider membership team globally
• Handling member complaints
