Enam, Inc. is building an AI-powered acquisition platform that transforms how portfolio companies are onboarded and operated.

You will contribute to a scalable VA platform, integrating with legacy systems and data warehouses, and work closely with product, engineering, and portfolio stakeholders to optimize performance and impact. You will design and ship production-grade voice agents, monitor outcomes, and iterate rapidly to close the development loop from production issues to agent fixes.

Qualifikationen

• AI-native development experience with coding agents (Codex/Claude Code).
• Strong Python programming, including async patterns, plus LLM APIs.
• Experience shipping customer-facing LLM apps at scale.
• Excellent communication with product, engineering and stakeholders.
• Comfort with open-ended problems in complex environments.
• Nice to have: LiveKit/WebRTC, LLM fine-tuning/prompt optimization, Go.

• Contribute to our vertical-agnostic VA platform and implement voice agents handling millions of calls.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify opportunities and guide usage of the VA platform.
• Help build a self-improving system that closes the development loop for the VA from production issues to agent fixes.
• Integrate into legacy systems, including API design and working with historical warehouse data.
• Identify ways to accelerate onboarding of portfolio companies to the VA with faster acquisitions.
• Own projects end to end: define metrics, scope, implement, and measure impact in production.

What you will do

• Contribute to our vertical-agnostic VA (virtual agent) platform, and use it to implement voice agents handling millions of calls for various use cases in our portfolio companies.
• Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to identify opportunities and guide them on how to use our VA platform.
• Help build a self-improving system that closes the development loop for the VA, from identifying issues in production to kicking off agents to fix them.
• Integrate into the legacy systems of our portfolio companies, including API design and working with historical warehouse data.
• Identify ways to accelerate the onboarding process of our portfolio companies to the VA. Our goal is to make this simpler and faster with every acquisition.
• Own projects end to end, from defining metrics, scoping and implementation, to measuring impact in production.

What we look for

• AI-native development practice, including hands-on experience with coding agents like Codex or Claude Code to plan, write, and ship production code.
• Strong programming skills in Python, including async Python, and experience with prompt engineering and LLM APIs.
• Experience shipping customer facing LLM applications at scale, including monitoring and evaluation in production.
• Strong communication skills: you will be interacting with product, engineering and stakeholders in our portfolio companies on a daily basis.
• Comfortable tackling open-ended problems, working with incomplete information, and navigating complex or unfamiliar technical environments.
• Nice to have: previous experience with virtual agents (text or voice), LiveKit or similar frameworks using WebRTC, as well as LLM fine tuning / prompt optimization using GEPA. Experience programming in Go is also a plus.
