Responsibilities

• You are the direct contact and telephone consultant for our nationwide B2C customers.
• You maintain the existing customer base for senior incontinence products.
• You provide telephone assistance to customers with suitable product recommendations and help with product selection.
• You keep an overview of regulations and administrative rules.
• You provide information about hygiene and medical products over the phone and in customer‑specific written correspondence.
• You prepare offers for our customers and follow them through to successful completion.

Competencies

• You already have professional experience in patient counselling.
• You want to be further trained as a medical device consultant as a career transition.
• You are communicative, possess a high level of empathy and strong argumentative skills.
• You enjoy speaking to people of all ages, listening to them, and advising them in the medical device field.
