Job Description

Responsible for supporting the successful execution of medical writing projects, including manuscripts, slide decks, e-learning materials and German HTA/AMNOG dossier submission. This role requires seamless integration into co.faktor, specifically within the co.medical team, which operates in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities
  • Research and analyze clinical and epidemiological data
  • Create and ensure quality of medical-scientific content, including benefit dossiers for the AMNOG process, publications, brochures, slide decks, and e-learning materials
  • Manage projects in Medical Communications
  • Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams across Market Access, Medical Writing, and Patient Relations
  • Participate and contribute to internal corporate and training meetings
  • Develop and/or engage in marketing initiatives such as webinars and LinkedIn posts to strengthen the brand recognition of co.faktor and Cytel
  • Occasional travel may be required
Qualifications

Education: Master’s degree in relevant scientific-, medical-, or health-economic field. MBA, MD, or PhD desirable.

Experience: Prior medical writing experience is desirable, specifically in the field of Healthcare Communication, but not mandatory.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in the use of basic- and collaborative office IT programs like Apps included in the Microsoft365 suite
  • Ability to work independent in a remote setting while setting priorities across multiple projects in agreement with the responsible project leader
  • Adaptability to integrate into internal project team dynamics and work processes
  • Affinity for medical writing and a general interest in accomplishing a fact-base from multiple sources
  • General curiosity applied to problem solving
  • Interest in client interactions with willingness to present results in front of a small audience
  • Attention to detail to deliver work-outputs with limited need for re-work
  • Ability to listen to client guidance, separate must haves from need to haves, and translate client comments into an action plan
