French Consulting is seeking Medical Services Coordinators to support the Referral Management Center at Ramstein Air Base, Germany. This full-time, on-site role starts immediately and requires organizing referrals, scheduling, and providing care-team support to patients, families, and providers across TRICARE networks.

You will handle administrative tasks, track reports, maintain documentation, and ensure compliance with standards while working with a mission-driven team.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or GED is required; administrative training is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Excel experience is a plus.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or willingness to obtain.
• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Knowledge of TRICARE or medical terminology is a plus.

Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about supporting healthcare operations? French Consulting is hiring Medical Services Coordinators to provide administrative support within the Referral Management Center at Ramstein AB.

You’ll play a vital role in making sure patients are scheduled promptly, referrals are tracked, and providers have the information they need to deliver quality care.

What You’ll Do
