We are seeking a self‑motivated and experienced Medical and Scientific Liaison (MSL) to join our German Medical Affairs team. This field‑based role covers North Rhine‑Westphalia, Hesse, Saarland and Rhineland‑Palatinate and offers the chance to shape scientific engagement and support optimal patient care pathways.


About the Role

As Medical and Scientific Liaison, you will:



  • Act as the field‑based representative of the Medical Department in your region.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs) and key opinion leaders (KOLs).

  • Provide scientific and medical support to internal teams and external stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with Key Account Managers to support business goals through scientific and medical activities.

  • Deliver therapy area and product training to internal colleagues.

  • Support medical activities in collaboration with the MSL Lead and Medical Director.

  • Contribute to market access initiatives and engage with sickness funds.

  • Help establish patient care pathways for new products across ambulatory and in‑house care settings.

  • Stay current with scientific advancements and competitor data.

  • Assist with complex medical information queries and strategic planning.


What Are We Looking For?

We are looking for you to be scientifically driven and adaptable professional with:



  • Relevant experience as an MSL.

  • Experience in specialty care (hospital drugs) and cross‑functional collaboration.

  • Strong scientific understanding in infectious diseases.

  • Experience in fungal infections is desirable.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Fluency in German and English (spoken and written).

  • Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, biology, or medicine.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset and proactive approach to collaboration.
