Qualifikationen

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field.
• 2 to 5+ years in system administration, project management, or business analysis in pharma/Life Sciences.
• Experience supporting Medical Affairs or Medical Information is highly desirable.
• Strong hands-on experience with the Veeva ecosystem (MedInquiry, Vault MedComms, CRM).
• Good understanding of system integrations, workflows, data management, and complex applications.
• Experience with PM, RFPs, vendor selection, implementation and deployment.
• Knowledge of GxP, CSV/CSA, validation, and Data Integrity in regulated environments.

Your Mission

Within an international Life Sciences environment, you will act as the key interface between Medical Affairs, IT, vendors, and external partners. You will lead the administration, evolution, and implementation of digital solutions supporting Medical Information and Medical Affairs activities across multiple markets.

Your key responsibilities may include:

• Leading the administration, configuration, evolution, and deployment of digital solutions supporting Medical Affairs and Medical Information activities, particularly within the Veeva ecosystem.
• Gathering business requirements from Medical Affairs teams and translating them into functional requirements, system configurations, and scalable solutions.
• Managing system evolution and transformation projects, including requirements analysis, solution selection, RFP processes, vendor evaluation, implementation, data migration, validation, and go-live.
• Ensuring ongoing support and continuous improvement of platforms, workflows, integrations, and interfaces with CRM, Pharmacovigilance, document management, and reporting systems.
• Collaborating with international teams and stakeholders across different markets, particularly in Europe and Asia.
• Managing relationships with software vendors, system integrators, consultants, and external service providers.
• Contributing to innovation projects and the integration of Artificial Intelligence-based solutions into Medical Affairs processes, in collaboration with IT, Compliance, Privacy, and Legal teams.
• Ensuring compliance with GxP, CSV/CSA, Data Integrity, and data protection requirements within regulated environments.
• Contributing to the definition of data models, system mapping, and impact assessments related to changes within the application ecosystem.
• Monitoring requests, incidents, changes, and operational KPIs using project management and reporting tools.

Your Profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2 to 5+ years of experience in system administration, project management, or business analysis within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or Life Sciences industry.
• Significant experience supporting Medical Affairs, Medical Information, or other medical functions is highly desirable.
• Strong hands-on experience with the Veeva ecosystem, particularly Veeva MedInquiry, Veeva Vault MedComms, and/or Veeva CRM.
• Good understanding of system integrations, workflows, data management, and complex application environments.
• Experience in project management, RFP processes, vendor selection, implementation, and solution deployment.
• Knowledge of regulated environments and requirements related to GxP, CSV/CSA, validation, and Data Integrity.
• Experience with IQVIA/OneKey, ServiceNow, Smartsheet, and Power BI is a plus.
• Knowledge of Pharmacovigilance processes and safety systems would be an advantage.
• Experience with AI projects applied to Medical Affairs activities is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Autonomous, structured, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in an international environment.
• Experience managing external vendors and partners.
• Fluent in written and spoken English. French is a plus.
