We are seeking an experiencedVeeva Network Business Analystto bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions within a large pharmaceutical organization. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Veeva tools, particularly Vault, Veeva CRM and Network, and experience with data migration and data loads from other Master Data Management systems to Veeva Network as well as from Veeva CRM to Network. This role demands excellent communication skills, as you will liaise between cross-functional teams, ensuring that solutions align with business objectives and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct requirement-gathering workshops and interviews with stakeholders to define business needs related to Veeva Network and Vault as well as Veeva CRM integrations.
• Translate and simplify complex business requirements into functional specifications and process workflows.
• Support data cleansing, matching, and migration activities, ensuring a smooth transition from legacy Master Data to Veeva systems.
• Define interface specifications and ensure seamless integration across platforms.
• Validate business processes and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet stakeholder expectations.
• Consult with business teams on strategy and technical requirements, acting as a key liaison with IT.
• Facilitate the quick resolution of end-user issues and provide backlog refinement support.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of optimal solutions and assist with testing and training materials.
• Ensure that SLC documentation aligns with the product lifecycle.
• Manage integration processes and interactions between linked initiatives, including moderating timelines and milestone alignments.

• Experience withdata migration, preferably fromMaster Data Management Systems to Veeva systems.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships and facilitate cross-functional discussions.
• Experience in creating functional specifications, process mappings, and UAT scripts.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
