Edelman Germany is seeking a senior media relations professional to lead strategic corporate communications for national and international clients, and to manage own projects.

You will expand Edelman’s media expertise in Germany, develop media strategies, tailor content from earned storytelling to paid campaigns, and position C-level executives in leading media while coordinating interviews and LinkedIn content.

Qualifikationen

• Ideally a university degree in journalism, communications, or related field.
• At least three years of experience in journalism and media relations.
• Extensive knowledge of the German media landscape, especially leading and opinion media and the technology sector.
• Comprehensive network of media and stakeholder contacts.
• Excellent communication skills and enthusiasm for networking and media topics.
• Strong sense for brands, people, and stories.
• Ability to produce short and long journalistic formats under time pressure.
• Interest in the development of the digital and media world.
• Experience using artificial intelligence to create content and in media relations.
• Ability to independently manage and advance projects.
• Analytical and structured thinking.
• Very good German and English, spoken and written.
