Designer Group is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor (Mechanical) to lead tender compilation, procurement strategy, and subcontract management. You will work with the Commercial Director to assess risks, prepare monthly reports, and support cost control across international projects.

Qualifikationen

• Third level degree in Quantity Surveying or similar.
• Minimum of 5+ years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor (Mechanical).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in dealing with cross-functional personnel.
• Good attention to detail with an analytical approach and initiative.

Aufgaben

• Placement of sub-contract orders in conjunction with relevant Manager/Buying Department.
• Evaluate the terms and conditions of sub-contractors/contracts with emphasis on Risk, Program, Terms & Conditions, Design Responsibility etc.

• RunaccurateCommercialCostControlReportsonprojectsensuringreportsclearlyidentifycommittedcosts,forecastcostsformaterials,sub-contractandlabourinadditiontopreliminariesetc.
• Identify,analyseanddevelopresponsestocommercialrisksinconjunctionwiththeCommercialDirector.
• Provideadviceoncontractualclaims-analysingoutcomesandforecastandreportasrequired.
• Toprepareandpresentmonthlycompanyreportsateachprojectand/orbusinessreview,inlinewithcompanyformatsandstandards.
