  • Relevant Training: Completed degree or technical training in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or a related field.
  • CAD Basics: First experience with SolidWorks, including the ability to adjust models and create structured drawings; PDM experience is a plus.
  • Hands‑on Mindset: Comfortable assembling mechanical parts and working directly with tools and prototypes.
  • Design Fundamentals: Basic understanding of tolerances, materials, manufacturability and how they influence real‑world hardware.
  • Technical Literacy: Ability to read drawings and technical documentation and carry out tasks with limited supervision.
Beneficial Skills
  • Experience in robotics, automation or system integration.
  • Familiarity with rapid prototyping tools and simple jigs/fixtures.
  • Awareness of CE/Machinery Directive basics.
