Mechanical Design Engineer – For Electric Vehicles

Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the mechanical structure design of power electronic products for electric vehicles.
- Translate customer requirements into detailed mechanical design concepts and technical solutions.
- Design individual components such as die‑cast, injection‑molded, stamped, and sealed parts, and create corresponding 3D models, 2D drawings, and technical specifications.
- Prepare and maintain design documentation, and support component certification during the OTS (Off‑Tool Sample) phase.
- Participate in product verification and validation, identifying and resolving technical issues.
- Provide engineering support throughout the manufacturing process, ensuring design integrity and production feasibility.
Qualification & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in automotive electronic product design and development, with solid understanding of automotive component development processes.
- Strong technical knowledge of design and manufacturing technologies such as die casting, injection molding, stamping, connectors, sealing, and fastening.
- Proficient in PRO/E (Creo) or similar 3D CAD tools.
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
- Mandarin is preferred and fluent in English.
