About The Team

Our international and agile team is looking for support from a motivated person as a QM Engineer. This is your opportunity to be closely involved in the challenging manufacturing of Engine Parts, implementing and monitoring production quality standards and quality tests for the Engine Parts. Your Tasks

• Monitor and supervise quality measurements for additive manufacturing (AM) parts.
• Oversee the quality of manufacturing processes.
• Write and review quality documentation.
• Implement new quality standards as per the European Cooperation for Space Standardization (ECSS).
• Ensure the maintenance, calibration, and safety compliance of measuring instruments and test benches.
• Coordinate the efforts of interns.
• Take responsibility for the quality of your own work.

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Materials Science, Quality Management, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of quality standards in metal additive manufacturing and high personal quality standards.
• Experience in print parameter development is advantageous.
• Self-initiative and strong communication skills.
• Good understanding of aerospace industry practices.
• Fluent in English, both oral and written.
• German language skills are a plus but not required.
• Result-oriented and structured approach to work.
