Rolls-Royce Deutschland invites candidates for an Early Career - Masterand program. The role focuses on applying ASD standards and IPS methodologies to support product lifecycle management while developing a knowledge graph across components, maintenance tasks, and logistics.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and document the project as a scientific thesis, creating a reusable blueprint for future Rolls-Royce programs. This is an on-site opportunity near Berlin.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• Understanding of BOM and ASD standards (S1000D, S3000L).
• Ability to apply IPS methodologies for lifecycle management.
• Basic database and data organization skills.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools is a plus.

Key accountabilities:

• Apply LSA methods (ASD S-Series) to build an engine-specific Service-Bill of Material at component level
• Design a knowledge graph linking components, maintenance tasks, logistics, and supply chain
• Build a digital prototype demonstrating practical MRO decision support
• Collaborating with cross-functional experts (Engineering, Supply Chain, Repair, Services)
• Document everything as a scientific thesis with a scalable, reusable blueprint

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Aerospace, or a related field).
• Fundamental understanding of Engineering Bills of Materials (BOM).
• Awareness of ASD standards, including S1000D (technical documentation) and S3000L (logistics support analysis).
• Ability to apply ASD Integrated Product Support (IPS) methodologies to support product lifecycle management and ensure compliance.
• Basic proficiency in database management and data organization.
• Exposure to data visualization and analytics tools is a plus (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Experience working on academic projects, team assignments, or collaborative engineering initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary and collaborative environment.
