Zusammenfassung

Rolls-Royce Deutschland, based in Dahlewitz near Berlin, invites engineers to join an Early Career – Masterand program. You will apply ASD S-Series LSA methods to develop an engine-specific BOM and build a knowledge graph linking components, maintenance tasks, and logistics.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Supply Chain, Repair, and Services teams, and document your work as a scientific thesis with a scalable blueprint, contributing to lifecycle management and innovation.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Fundamental understanding of Engineering Bills of Materials (BOM).
• Awareness of ASD standards (S1000D, S3000L).
• Ability to apply IPS methodologies for product lifecycle and compliance.
• Basic database management and data organization skills.
• Exposure to data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
• Experience on academic projects or team engineering initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Aerospace, or a related field).
• Fundamental understanding of Engineering Bills of Materials (BOM).
• Awareness of ASD standards, including S1000D (technical documentation) and S3000L (logistics support analysis).
• Ability to apply ASD Integrated Product Support (IPS) methodologies to support product lifecycle management and ensure compliance.
• Basic proficiency in database management and data organization.
• Exposure to data visualization and analytics tools is a plus (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Experience working on academic projects, team assignments, or collaborative engineering initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary and collaborative environment.
