Zusammenfassung

Freudenberg Wertheim GmbH is seeking a production operator to support daily manufacturing. You will perform initial machine troubleshooting, record data, and ensure safety compliance on the shop floor. The role requires attention to quality and adherence to schedules.

Applicants should have a high school diploma, basic math skills, and be fluent in the local language with basic English. You will work within a team across shifts, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards, and training others

Qualifications

Work Experience and Education

• High school diploma or equivalent level of education
• 0-4 years of experience in manufacturing environment preferred
• Fluent in local language and be able to read, write, and speak English (if not local language) at basic level.
• Basic math skills and good use of logic
• Able to work and think independently
• Prior experience working on a machine

Specific knowledge

• Some experience in manufacturing is preferred
• Basic math skills and good use of logic

• Excellent hand-eye coordination and physical condition, speed and accuracy for performing repetitive tasks
