Become the entrepreneur for Plantura on Amazon
We're looking for a strategic thinker with a strong entrepreneurial mindset to take full commercial responsibility for our most important marketplace. This role is for you if you have the ambition to manage and actively shape a channel holistically—from strategic product selection and P&L planning to mastering listing and marketing optimization. You'll analyze current weaknesses, define a clear roadmap, and execute it with a high standard of quality. If you are ready to roll up your sleeves and lead our Amazon presence to additional, profitable growth, then this is your role.

Your Playing Field: You Shape, Steer, and Optimize

  • Holistic Channel Responsibility: You'll take full ownership of the revenue and profitability goals for our Amazon Seller account. You manage the channel as if it were your own business.
  • Strategic Analysis & Implementation: You'll identify growth potential and weaknesses, develop a clear strategy, and independently implement the necessary measures—from optimizing listings to managing promotions.
  • Growth Marketing & SEO: You'll manage our Amazon Advertising strategy (PPC, Display) with a clear focus on overall ROI (TAoS) and use your deep understanding of SEO to systematically improve our organic ranking.
  • Cross-functional Partnership: You are the central point of contact for all things Amazon. You'll work in partnership with the Supply Chain team to optimize FBA inventory, with Customer Support to ensure customer satisfaction, and with Logistics for FBM shipping.
  • Competition & Product Range: You'll closely monitor the market and competitors to identify trends and continuously improve our strategic product selection for the channel.
