Zusammenfassung

Bloomwell Group GmbH in Frankfurt sucht eine/n Marketing Technology Developer, der Brücke zwischen Marketing und Engineering schlägt und Tracking-Implementierungen sowie Backend-Dienste für Marketinganwendungen gestaltet.

Sie arbeiten AI-first, verantworten Ihre Roadmap und arbeiten hybrid – drei Tage vor Ort in Frankfurt, der Rest remote. Dazu gehören HubSpot-Integrationen, TypeScript/Express-Backends, Flutter-Anbindungen und Analytics-Komponenten.

Qualifikationen

• Mehrjährige, praktische Erfahrung in Softwareentwicklung mit Schwerpunkt TypeScript/Node.js
• Erfahrung oder Bereitschaft in Flutter/den Flutter-Stack zu arbeiten
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in Tracking-/Analytics-Tools wie Adjust, Usercentrics, GTM, GA4, Firebase
• Verständnis von iOS ATT, Android Privacy Changes und GDPR
• Affinität zu AI-unterstütztem Coding und Automatisierung
• Eigenverantwortung, Roadmap-Ownership und value-driven Delivery
• Wünschenswert: HubSpot CRM, Webflow, Push/Email/SMS-Notifications
• Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse; Deutsch vorteilhaft
• Wohnort/Freigabe in Frankfurt oder Umgebung

Aufgaben

• Implementierung von Tracking-Events und SDK-Integrationen in Flutter-Apps (Android, iOS, Web)
• Konfiguration und Wartung unserer Marketing-Tech-Stack inklusive Adjust, Usercentrics, GTM und Social-Integrationen
• Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Plattform-Tracking-Beschränkungen und GDPR-Requisitos
• Entwicklung von HubSpot-Workflows via TypeScript-Endpunkte
• Wartung unserer eigenen Tracking-Services mit TypeScript/Express
• Entwicklung neuer Backend-Dienste für Marketingbedarfe (Benachrichtigungssysteme, Segmentierungs-Engines)
• Design und API-Implementierung für Marketing-Automation-Workflows
• Roadmap-Priorisierung und enge Abstimmung mit Marketing, um realen Business Value zu liefern
• Nutzung von AI-Coding-Assistants zur Reduktion boilerplate

As Marketing Technology Developer you are the bridge between our marketing and engineering teams. You split your time between implementing marketing requirements such as tracking, integrations and analytics, and building the backend infrastructure that powers our marketing capabilities. You work AI first, take full ownership of your domain, and make sure that what you ship actually delivers business value, not just closes a ticket.

Deine Aufgaben

• Implement tracking events and SDK integrations across our Flutter app for Android, iOS and Web
• Configure and maintain our marketing technology stack including Adjust, Usercentrics, Google Tag Manager and social platform integrations such as Meta and TikTok
• Ensure compliance with platform specific tracking restrictions such as iOS App Tracking Transparency, Android privacy changes and GDPR
• Build custom HubSpot workflow integrations via TypeScript endpoints
• Maintain and extend our in house tracking service built with TypeScript and Express
• Build new backend services for marketing needs such as notification systems or segmentation engines
• Design and implement APIs for marketing automation workflows and own them from requirement to production deployment
• Prioritize your own roadmap and work closely with marketing to prevent assumption driven development
• Use AI coding assistants and automation tools to spend less time on boilerplate and more on high value problem solving

Dein Profil

• Several years of solid, hands‑on experience of professional software development experience with strong TypeScript and Node.js skills as your primary stack
• Experience with Flutter or willingness to learn it, since you will work on our mobile and web app
• Solid knowledge of tracking and analytics tools such as Adjust, Usercentrics, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4 and Firebase Analytics, as well as social platform integrations
• Understanding of platform tracking restrictions including iOS ATT, Android privacy changes and web cookie or GDPR requirements
• Comfortable working AI first with tools such as Cursor, Copilot or MCP integrations to automate repetitive work
• Ownership mentality, you prioritize ruthlessly, ship to production and validate real business value rather than just completing tickets
• Nice to have: HubSpot CRM experience, Webflow, notification services such as push, email or SMS, background in marketing technology or growth engineering, previous startup experience
• Very good English skills, German skills are a plus
• You live in or close by Frankfurt
