Job summary

Leimer Kg sucht eine/n erfahrene/n Marketingmitarbeiter/in zur Sicherstellung eines konsistenten Markenauftritts. Sie koordinieren Verpackungsänderungen, steuern Produktlaunches und entwickeln zielgruppenspezifische Marketingmaßnahmen.

Zudem unterstützen Sie die Unternehmenskommunikation durch Präsentationen und Werbematerialien. Sie arbeiten eng mit dem Sales/Marketing Management zusammen, bringen mehrjährige Marketingerfahrung mit, und verfügen über Kenntnisse in Adobe-Design-Software.

Qualifications

• Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Marketing oder Studium in Marketing/Kommunikation.
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Marketing nachweisen.
• Sicherer Umgang mit Adobe-Design-Software (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Kreativität, Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit.
• Organisationstalent, selbstständiges Arbeiten und Zuverlässigkeit.

Responsibilities

• Markenbild intern und extern konsistent gestalten und Reichweite erhöhen.
• Koordination von Verpackungsänderungen und Produkteinführungen, Printing-Anpassungen realisieren.
• Strategische Markenbild-Entwicklung inkl. Zielgruppenspezifischer Maßnahmen und externen Agenturen steuern.
• Unterstützung der Unternehmenskommunikation: Präsentationen, Sales- und Werbematerialien erstellen.
• das Vertriebs-/Marketingteam konzeptionell unterstützen.
• Führung und Umsetzung weiterer marketingbezogener Projekte.

• Developing and ensuring a consistent brand image for LEIMER both internally and externally, as well as increasing brand awareness
• Coordinating packaging changes and new product launches: Coordinating and implementing necessary printing changes to packaging materials for existing products, as well as packaging and promotional materials for new products
• Strategic development of the brand’s image: Implementation of target-group-specific marketing measures, as well as briefing, managing, and coordinating with external service providers and agencies
• Supporting corporate communications: Creating presentations, sales materials, promotional materials, and advertisements
• Supporting the Sales/Marketing Management team in conceptual work
• Leading and implementing other marketing-related projects

Your profile

• Completed vocational training with a focus on marketing, or a degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
• Several years of professional experience in marketing
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
• Creativity, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team
• Organizational skills, the ability to work independently, and reliability
