A leading streaming service is looking for a Consumer Products Marketing lead in Berlin, Germany. This role requires over 10 years of marketing experience in the DACH region, focusing on driving impactful retail campaigns. Candidates must excel in project management and possess strong commercial acumen. Fluency in English and German is essential. The position will involve collaboration with local teams to ensure global campaigns achieve local relevance and engagement. This is a hybrid position offering flexibility.
We’re seeking a dynamic Consumer Products Marketing lead for the DACH region with a hybrid focus: you will primarily drive and execute innovative retail marketing campaigns and activations in DACH, while also leading the localization and rollout of global and regional campaigns. You will ensure all activities are tailored for maximum impact, commercially aligned, and consistent with Netflix’s broader campaign strategy, helping bring Netflix stories to life at retail and ensuring our campaigns resonate with DACH fans, partners, and audiences.
In this role, you will leverage your extensive knowledge of major DACH brands and retailers such as Müller, C&A, Deichmann, Edeka, dm-drogerie Markt, and Amazon to deliver best-in-class, commercially effective campaigns. You will partner closely with the local Consumer Products team and cross-functional stakeholders to align all initiatives with Netflix’s global and regional strategy.
Inclusion is a Netflix value and we strive to host a meaningful interview experience for all candidates. If you want an accommodation during the hiring process, please contact your recruiting partner.
