At Loyens & Loeff, we are looking for a new member to join our Marketing Services team as Marketing Services and Events Officer. In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering high-quality marketing communications and organising client-facing events that strengthen our brand and drive commercial success. Working under the guidance of the Marketing Services Manager, you’ll collaborate with a dynamic team of 16 marketing professionals dedicated to excellence. Your office location will be Luxembourg.

We’re looking for a professional who thrives on crafting thoughtful marketing communications and orchestrating high-quality business events, with a sharp eye for detail, and able to manage projects independently. Main responsibilities of the role include:
  • Publish content on our intranet, company website, and on LinkedIn;
  • Support marketing advisors in the execution of marketing plans and campaigns;
  • Promote content via mailing to clients, prospects and other relevant contacts;
  • Collect data and track campaign performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of our communication channels;
  • Plan and coordinate inspiring live, hybrid, and online business events, while supporting cross-border event projects.
  • Manage event invitation campaigns, marketing lists, and administration using our CRM and email marketing platforms.
  • Oversee event budgets and coordinate vendors, venues, and other partners to ensure flawless execution.
What makes you a great fit:
  • 2–4 years of previous experience in marketing services and event management.
  • Proactive and service-oriented mindset with ability to work independently.
  • Excellent command of French and English (spoken and written).
  • Familiarity with CRM and email marketing platforms.
  • Experience in professional services environment is a plus.
  • Completed relevant education.
