What you can expect

• You develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns with a focus on performance marketing to acquire new customers and promote cross‑selling and upselling.
• You plan and execute campaigns to support the sales team and increase revenue.
• You create and optimize content for e‑mail marketing campaigns and automate these processes using HubSpot or similar tools.
• You drive the further development of marketing automation on an international level.
• You act as the internal main point of contact for the e‑mail marketing tool.
• You monitor and manage budgets for various projects, including monthly reporting and performance measurement of activities.
• You select, commission, and coordinate external service providers to support marketing activities.

What makes you stand out

• You have at least 5 years of professional experience in marketing, ideally in an agency environment.
• You possess strong knowledge and hands‑on experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation tools.
• You have solid expertise in content creation and e‑mail marketing.
• You bring experience in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
• You are a digital native with a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
• You have excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
