Your role
  • Drive Growth: Run multi-channel campaigns to generate qualified leads and grow the pipeline
  • GTM Strategy: Help shape our ICP, messaging, and value proposition with the GTM team
  • Team up: Partner with Sales to align lead quality, nurturing, and enablement
  • Measure & Maximize: Track key KPIs (like CAC, MQL→SQL, velocity) to boost ROI
  • Be Innovative: Launch and scale growth experiments to unlock new channels
Qualifications
  • Experience in B2B marketing, targeting enterprises (1000+ employees)
  • Proven success running and optimizing multi-channel demand gen (paid, SEO, email, content)
  • Data-driven, action-oriented, proactive in seizing opportunities
  • Strong communicator with sharp brand positioning skills
  • Strong communication skills in German and English
