YOUR ROLE AS MARKETING MANAGER

As our new Marketing Manager, you will lead the development and execution of creative and impactful marketing strategies across all channels. You will manage digital marketing, social media, content creation, events, and branding initiatives, ensuring everything you do aligns with our commercial goals and brand identity.

Working closely with the Regional Commercial Director, as well as sales, hotel teams, and external partners, you will translate business priorities into compelling campaigns that generate leads, boost revenue, and strengthen brand visibility.

This is a role for someone who loves to combine strategy with creativity, data with storytelling, and leadership with hands‑on execution.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
  • Developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies that match company goals and market trends
  • Overseeing all marketing channels (digital, social media, email, print) to ensure brand consistency
  • Leading the planning, execution, and reporting of marketing campaigns
  • Conducting market research to identify opportunities and challenges
  • Collaborating with sales teams to design targeted campaigns that drive leads and revenue
  • Managing the marketing budget and ensuring efficient allocation for maximum ROI
  • Creating and distributing on‑brand marketing materials that inspire and engage
  • Analysing performance metrics and using insights to optimise campaigns
  • Leading, mentoring, and developing a high‑performing marketing team
  • Staying ahead of emerging marketing technologies, tools, and trends

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or similar (Master’s is a plus)
  • 3 - 5 years of hands‑on marketing experience with proven success in strategy & execution
  • Strong understanding of both digital and traditional marketing, including SEO/SEM, email, content, and social media
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to guide decision‑making
  • Creative mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Leadership experience with the ability to coach and inspire a team
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and analytics platforms
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment
  • Fluent in German and English (writing, speaking)
