Finber is looking for an Online Marketer / Growth Marketing Specialist in Mannheim, where you will manage and execute digital marketing strategies. This role involves optimizing landing pages, running advertising campaigns on MetaAds and Google Ads, and analyzing results to improve lead generation.

Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, proven skills in writing and content creation for multiple platforms, and the ability to work independently or collaboratively.

Online Marketer / Growth Marketing Specialist

Job vacancy: Online marketer (m/f/d) Experience from 3 years Vollzeit, Teilzeit, remote work

About Us: Finber — an independent project in Germany focused on insurance, finance, and useful solutions for life and business. We make complex topics understandable and develop content and product lines through our website, social media, webinars, and digital tools.

We are looking for an online marketer who can not only offer ideas, but also bring them to the result independently: from a landing page and advertising campaign to a webinar, an auto-funnel, and regular content.

Online Marketer Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the digital direction together with the founder and/or team.
• Prepare and improve landing pages, product pages, forms, templates, and simple funnels.
• Launch and optimize advertising campaigns in MetaAds and/or Google Ads.
• Work on lead generation and conversion improvement.
• Help with content for Instagram, Telegram, YouTube, website and email newsletters.
• Participate in the preparation and support of webinars.
• Test new hypotheses: offers, bundles, lead magnets, pages, content formats.
• Work with WordPress and basic marketing tools.
• If necessary, connect and configure simple automations, AI tools, bots, and template scenarios.
• Analyze results: applications, cost per lead, conversions, user behavior on the site and in the funnel.

What is important to us:

• Do you have practical experience in digital marketing and you know how to work with your hands, and not just set tasks for others.
• You know how to create landing pages, improve funnels, and understand where leads are getting lost.
• Do you have real experience with MetaAds and/or Google Ads.
• You can write clear and powerful texts for advertising, landing pages, emails, and social media.
• You are confident in analytics: GA4, UTM tags, events, conversions, basic KPIs.
• Do you have experience working with WordPress or similar CMS.
• You are independent, organized, and can lead tasks from concept to completion.
• You are comfortable working in a small team where speed, responsibility, and common sense are important.
• Russian – confident written and spoken. German or English – at a good working level.

• Experience in SEO and working with content for search.
• Understanding of AEO, AI tools and marketing automation.
• Experience with email marketing, autofunnels and bots.
• Experience in preparing webinars.
• Experience in promoting expert services.
• Experience in finance, insurance, education, consulting or legal services.
