REMATIQ is seeking its first marketing hire to define and shape our marketing strategy and build the engine from scratch in a founding role.

You’ll own events, LinkedIn, PR, content, community building and demand generation, moving the ball forward daily with autonomy and direct collaboration with the founders.

Founded in 2023, REMATIQ is changing how medtech product development teams operate by building a highly specialized AI platform, boosting development speed and compliance at the same time.

We’ve spent the last two years building up the foundation of our product and customer processes and are now starting to scale.

We believe in the value of in-person collaboration and work in a hybrid setup, with the team coming together in our office in the heart of Berlin-Mitte typically four days per week.

What You’ll Do

REMATIQ wants to be the most aspirational and trustworthy brand for AI in life sciences. You will be our first marketing hire, working closely with the founders to define and shape the marketing strategy and then build the marketing engine from scratch. This includes events, LinkedIn, PR, content, community building and whatever else it takes. You will move the ball forward every day and help turn early traction into repeatable growth. You will have real autonomy, real ownership, and daily collaboration with the founders.

You will drive:

• Marketing strategy & positioning: Deeply understand the life science and compliance market, the different competitive alternatives, buying behavior, and the best positioning for REMATIQ in the minds of our ICP.
• Brand & Storytelling: Craft and execute a cohesive brand narrative that cuts through the noise.
• Community & Events: Build a thriving community through digital and in-person activations.
• Content Marketing: Develop thought leadership, social content, and campaigns that engage and convert.
• Growth & Systems: Design repeatable playbooks for content, events, and demand generation
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and Operations to align brand strategy with business growth.

What We’re Looking For

This is a founding role in a high‑paced, high‑stakes environment. We value autonomy, creativity, execution power, proactively taking ownership and executive‑level communication skills.

• 3-5+ years experience in marketing roles in industry‑leading, enterprise B2B SaaS companies. Life science industry experience strongly preferred.
• You have built out marketing strategy, brand, events, content and product marketing before. Additional experience in growth marketing or SEO is a plus.
• You have built or been apart of building marketing from zero before. You are comfortable without structure and good at creating it. You do not need permission to execute.
• You’re a hands‑on execution machine. People around you are impressed by the amount of stuff you get done.
• Solving complex problems in impactful industries is what gets you out of bed, and you want to contribute to bringing advances in modern medicine to the patient.
• You’re not just a user, but a pioneer in using AI to augment yours and your team’s work.
• Fluent in English. German is a plus.
