Zusammenfassung

REMATIQ is seeking a Delivery Manager to independently drive customer projects from problem framing to successful delivery in a hybrid Berlin-Mitte setting. You will work with customers, leadership, Forward Deployed Engineers, domain experts, product, and engineering to translate complex needs into AI-powered workflows.

This hands-on role requires comfort with software, implementation topics, and regulated processes, while not demanding MedTech domain expertise.

This role will have a vital part in the shaping and growth of the Delivery organization with building up Customer Success, Support Engineering structures and also working towards internationalizing REMATIQ.

We believe in the value of in-person collaboration and work in a hybrid setup, with the team coming together in our office in the heart of Berlin-Mitte typically four days per week.

What you’ll do

As a Delivery Manager at REMATIQ, you will independently drive customer projects from problem framing to successful delivery. You will work closely with customers, our leadership team, Forward Deployed Engineers, MedTech Domain Experts, Product, and Engineering to turn complex customer needs into high-quality AI-powered workflows.

This is a hands-on project ownership role. You should be savvy and comfortable working with AI, software, implementation topics, and complex regulated workflows, but you will not be expected to be the technical expert or the MedTech domain expert.

You will:

• Own customer delivery workstreams: Structure ambiguous problems, define the workplan, align stakeholders, manage risks, and drive projects to successful outcomes.

• Lead customer interactions: Work directly with customer project teams and subject-matter experts to understand their goals, workflows, constraints, pain points, and success criteria.

• Work hands-on with a cutting-edge AI platform: Deploy agents in mission-critical workflows at some of the world’s most innovative MedTech and life sciences companies.

• Bring structure and insight: Frame complex issues clearly, break them down into practical next steps, push for insight, and turn ambiguity into decisions.

• Create high-quality outputs quickly: Produce project plans, meeting materials, workflow documentation, decision documents, customer-facing drafts, internal summaries, and scalable delivery templates.

• Become fluent in the REMATIQ product: Demo it, explain it, teach it, support customers after rollout, capture feedback, and identify opportunities for additional use cases.

You may be a strong fit if you have:

• Relevant background: 2–4 years in consulting, enterprise implementation, customer-facing project delivery, or a high-growth B2B SaaS / AI company, ideally in strategy, technology, transformation, or life sciences contexts.

• Strong project ownership: You can take an ambiguous problem, structure it, identify what matters, define the workplan, and drive execution with limited guidance.

• Excellent problem-solving skills: You are strong at conceptual framing, analysis, synthesis, and turning complex information into clear recommendations.

• Strong customer presence: You can interact independently with customer project teams, build trust, manage expectations, and communicate clearly in meetings and written updates.

• High execution quality and AI-native working style: You create strong drafts and polished deliverables quickly, and actively use AI tools to analyze, synthesize, improve outputs, and increase your own productivity.

• Comfort with software and implementation topics: You are curious, fast-learning, and confident working with product, data, workflows, and AI-enabled solutions.

• Startup mindset: You are adaptable, resilient, hands-on, positive under pressure, and willing to take on challenges beyond a narrow job description.

• Fluency in English and German (mandatory).
