Join our dynamic team at Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy as a Marine Asset Manager! Imagine being the go-to expert for all vessel-related matters, engaging in chartering discussions with vessel owners, and collaborating with our sourcing teams to support offshore wind farm projects. You will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring that our vessels meet contractual obligations while contributing to innovative solutions alongside our technical experts. Your work will not only impact project execution but also promote the transition to renewable energy.

How You’ll Make an Impact
  • You will lead the chartering of vessels, particularly Installation Vessels, and engage in dialogue with vessel owners and operators.
  • Collaborate with the Sales/Tender and Construction groups to issue tender budgets and establish vessel setup requirements.
  • Oversee the tender process for offshore wind farm vessels, including requests for tender, evaluation, and charter party negotiations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for vessel owners and offshore contractors, ensuring compliance with contract obligations.
  • Support our Sales team in contract reviews related to vessels, providing insights and legal support as needed.
What You Bring
  • Over 5 years of experience in (Offshore) vessel contracts, ideally within offshore wind projects.
  • Knowledge of maritime assets and logistics, with insights into Marine Operations, especially Installation Vessels.
  • A solid understanding of vessel regulatory requirements, design, and performance.
  • Strong strategic and analytical skills, with an open‑minded and proactive approach.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
