Keysight Technologies in Böblingen, Germany, is seeking an NPI Technician to join the High Speed Digital Manufacturing team. We are looking for a highly motivated and technically skilled NPI Technician to join our High Speed Digital Manufacturing team. In this role, you will help develop, run, and improve production processes and contribute to the successful introduction of new products. The focus is on manufacturing high‑performance measurement equipment in the domain of Bit-Error-Rate-Testers (BERT) and Arbitrary Waveform Generators (AWG). With a strong hands‑on mindset, you will support the manufacturing team as well as the engineering team during the development phase. Your work will include manufacturing initial samples and low‑volume prototypes, optimizing production processes, defining design goals and tooling requirements, and training operators to ensure smooth transition into mass‑production.
