Zusammenfassung

Proxima Fusion in Munich is seeking an experienced engineer to industrialise magnet production and scale up manufacturing processes from prototype to full-scale production.

You will define requirements for equipment, contribute to in-process monitoring, and collaborate with engineers across multiple teams to ensure safe, repeatable production with high quality.

Qualifikationen

  • Master's degree in mechanical, mechatronics or similar engineering field.
  • Wide experience in manufacturing process development and process monitoring in an industrial setting.
  • Hands-on production environment experience across multiple processes (e.g., welding, machining, assembly, bonding).
  • Proven ability to create development plans from start to finish for a new process.
  • Experience troubleshooting issues on production lines as they arise.
  • Ability to work across a variety of tasks in a dynamic environment.

  • Contribute to the development of in-process monitoring and non-destructive testing.
