Your Responsibilities
  • You plan, implement, and optimize production processes with a focus on carbon fiber winding and composite manufacturing.
  • You manage projects to transfer new products from development to series production.
  • You develop workflows, fixtures, and test equipment for new and existing production lines.
  • You ensure the necessary infrastructure and documentation for our production processes.
  • You will work closely with the quality team and development to ensure that requirements are transferred to production in a clear and concise manner.
  • You will analyze production figures, identify potential for optimization, and implement improvements in line with lean principles.
Your Profile
  • Education & background: You’ve completed a degree in mechanical engineering, production engineering, materials engineering, or comparable qualification.
  • Professional experience in production, process development, or work preparation, ideally in the aerospace.
  • Knowledge of fiber composite processing; experience with winding processes is a plus.
  • Structured, practical, and independent way of working with a strong awareness of quality.
  • Enthusiasm for process optimization and a high level of technical understanding.
  • Communication and negotiation skills: You are confident in German and English, both written and spoken.
