ALTEN Consulting Services GmbH sucht Verstärkung im Fertigungsumfeld. Sie arbeiten an der Entwicklung, Implementierung und Verbesserung von Fertigungsprozessen, digitalen Systemen und Methoden der Herstellung.

Schwerpunkt liegt auf Sicherheit, Qualität und Effizienz. Sie analysieren Produktionsdaten, arbeiten eng mit Operations, Qualität, Design Engineering, Supply Chain und externen Partnern zusammen und unterstützen das Risikomanagement sowie die Kosten- und Terminplanung.

Qualifications

• Abschluss in Ingenieurwesen, HND, Foundation Degree o. ä.
• Erfahrung in Fertigung/Produktion/Engineering.
• Kenntnisse in Fertigungsprozessen und Verbesserungsmethoden.
• Gute Problemlösungs-, Planungs- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.

Responsibilities

• Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von HSE-Standards und Unterstützung der Zero-Harm-Ziele.
• Pflege, Implementierung und Verbesserung von Fertigungsprozessen und digitalen Systemen.
• Datenanalyse zur Identifikation von Trends, Capability-Verbesserung und Entscheidungsunterstützung.
• Zusammenarbeit mit Operations, Qualität, Entwicklung, Supply Chain und externen Lieferanten.

Make it happen

• ensure manufacturing processes comply with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards and support Zero Harm objectives
• maintain manufacturing processes that consistently deliver products meeting safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
• drive a culture of continuous improvement and Right First Time (RFT) manufacturing
• develop, implement, validate, maintain, and improve manufacturing processes, digital systems, and methods of manufacture
• identify and implement opportunities to improve safety, quality, productivity, cost, delivery performance, and lead times
• analyse process and production data to identify trends, improve capability, and support decision-making
• apply and maintain manufacturing process controls and engineering standards within the area of responsibility
• plan and manage engineering activities, including schedules, resources, risks, and costs, ensuring delivery to agreed timelines
• support technical problem-solving activities and investigate manufacturing, quality, and product safety issues
• work collaboratively with Operations, Quality, Design Engineering, Supply Chain, and external suppliers to achieve business objectives
• build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers and external partners to support manufacturing objectives

Be our forward thinker

• hold a degree, HND, Foundation Degree or equivalent qualification in engineering, manufacturing or a related discipline
• have experience within a manufacturing, production or engineering environment
• have a solid understanding of manufacturing processes, production systems and methods of manufacture
• possess knowledge of manufacturing engineering principles and process improvement techniques
• have experience analysing and resolving manufacturing or process-related issues
• demonstrate strong problem-solving, planning and communication skills
• work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
