Ein deutsches Softwareunternehmen sucht einen erfahrenen Mitarbeiter zur Etablierung und Leitung seiner Tochtergesellschaft in Singapur. Die Position umfasst den Aufbau eines lokalen Teams, die Entwicklung von Vertriebsstrategien und die Akquisition neuer Kunden im singapurischen Bauinformatikmarkt. Ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauingenieurwesen sowie Kenntnisse in CAD/FEM Software sind erforderlich. Qualifications

• Mindestens sieben Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung in der Strukturanalyse/design oder im Vertrieb/Support von CAD/FEM Software.

• Willingness to travel regularly within Singapore and occasionally to Germany.

Responsibilities

• Akquisition neuer Kunden und Pflege von Kundenbeziehungen.

• Completed studies in civil engineering
• At least seven years of relevant professional experience in structural analysis/design or in sales/support of CAD/FEM software
• Excellent knowledge of the Singaporean construction software market, ideally in CAD, FEM, or BIM
• Very good English skills, knowledge of regional languages is an advantage
• Entrepreneurial thinking, initiative, and a hands-on mentality
• Willingness to travel regularly within Singapore and occasionally to Germany
