As Managing Consultant at Finext, you drive our growth across Germany: from Frankfurt and the Rhein-Main area to Munich, Berlin, or Hamburg, building teams and shaping our market presence.

As Managing Consultant at Finext, you are the driving force behind our growth across Germany: in regions such as Frankfurt & the Rhein-Main area, Munich & Southern Germany, Berlin & Eastern Germany, and Hamburg & Northern Germany.

You build and lead a regional team, shaping Finext’s position among Germany’s innovative, financial, and industrial powerhouses. At the same time, you actively participate in projects as a Lead Consultant: staying close to the content, working hands‑on with software solutions such as Oracle, OneStream, Tagetik, Anaplan and more. You are setting the standard for quality and innovation within the team.

Your entrepreneurial mindset helps you identify opportunities in local markets and turn them into lasting client relationships. You design and execute go‑to‑market strategies, drive business development, and ensure a solid market position for Finext throughout the DACH region.

At the same time, you inspire and lead teams of Digital Finance experts. You embed Finext’s collaborative culture, foster growth, and guide colleagues to reach their full potential.

Partnerships with leading software providers are another cornerstone of your work. You cultivate and expand this ecosystem to accelerate business opportunities. Additionally, you ensure seamless local operations and represent Finext externally as a thought leader in Digital Finance.

What You Bring

• Proven track record in business development and consulting sales within Finance, Enterprise Performance Management or consulting in general.
• Deep knowledge of the DACH regional market and local business cultures.
• Strong entrepreneurial approach: you enjoy building new markets and shaping strategy.
• Experience in building and leading high‑performing teams, with a group‑oriented leadership style.
• Skilled in developing and managing partner ecosystems.
• Excellent relationship‑building skills and a strong professional network.
• Fluent in German and English, preferably also Dutch.
• Competences that fit you naturally: initiative, client focus, communication, cooperation and responsibility.
