Zusammenfassung

ZEISS Group is seeking a driven professional to translate the Solution Partner Programme strategy into actionable work packages and roadmaps. You will align input from partners, markets and internal stakeholders to define eligibility, certification needs and reporting obligations, while coordinating across regions to drive adoption and governance.

You will design standardized processes, onboarding, and performance management for partners, ensuring brand and product quality across the ecosystem;

Qualifikationen

• Completed university degree in business management, project management or related field.
• Advanced experience in product/business development, strategic management, project management in an international environment.
• Experience in channel/partner management is a plus.
• Excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset.

Aufgaben

• Translate Partner Programme strategy into actionable work packages, documentation and implementation plans.
• Prepare analyses, inputs and status overviews for strategic decisions on partner benefits and program priorities.
• Gather input from partners, markets and stakeholders to define objectives and reporting obligations.
• Maintain program roadmaps, milestones and success metrics with the Head of ZEISS Partner Performance.
• Coordinate inputs across Product Management, Marketing, Service, Finance, Legal, Procurement and regions to assess feasibility and execution.
• Design and document standardized ZEISS Solution Partner Programme processes, including onboarding, performance management and renewals.
• Develop partner selection criteria and evaluation frameworks; manage governance and continuous improvement.

Become part of our team and shape a future in which clear vision and professional success go hand in hand.Your RoleTranslate ZEISS Solution Partner Programme strategy into actionable work packages, documentation, and implementation plans, converting business goals into clear, market-impacting objectives and brand consistency.Prepare analyses, inputs, and status overviews to inform strategic decisions on partner benefits, segmentation, requirements, and program priorities.Gather and structure input from partners, markets, and internal stakeholders to define objectives, eligibility criteria, certification needs, customer experience standards, and reporting obligations.Maintain program roadmaps, milestones, action logs, success metrics, and implementation priorities in collaboration with the Head of ZEISS Partner Performance.Coordinate inputs across Product Management, Marketing, Service, Finance, Legal, Procurement, Regulatory, Operations, and regions to assess feasibility, adoption, and execution; monitor performance and suggest improvements.Design, roll out, and document standardized ZEISS Solution Partner Programme processes, including end-to-end onboarding, performance management, renewals, offboarding, SOPs, templates, training, and decision support.Develop and apply partner selection criteria and evaluation frameworks; manage joint value propositions, governance, due diligence, and continuous improvement, ensuring brand, product quality, and customer experience standards across partners.Your ProfileCompleted university degree in business management, project management or related fieldAdvanced experience in product/business development, strategic management, project management or related field in an international environment; experience in channel/partner management is a plusExperience with stage-gate processes, controlled documentation systems (e.g. QMS), and medical devicesExcellent cross-functional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build strong partnerships with business stakeholdersExcellent presentation expertise with the ability to simplify complex processes and train stakeholders accordinglyAbility to work independently with minimal supervision, maintaining high work standards and qualityFluent in English; an additional language is an asset for communication in diverse marketsYour ZEISS Recruiting Team:Hannah Beutler
