Position Overview

For our Sustainability division, we are seeking you to start as soon as possible as a Manager Sustainable Finance Compliance (w/m/d).

What You Can Expect

Diverse Responsibilities – Shape the future, participate in exciting discussions on new topics, and contribute to new sustainable standards in the financial industry. In the Financial Services Compliance Team, you will take responsibility in the area of Sustainable Finance and its impact on the financial sector. You will work on projects with leading institutions, expand your network, and advise clients from banking, insurance, and asset management sectors on implementing sustainable transformation agendas.

Sustainability Strategies – Develop overarching strategies and approaches to address ESG challenges and meet client requirements.

Projects – As a manager, you will independently acquire and oversee Sustainable Finance projects, lead interdisciplinary teams, and take responsibility for developing team members or progress into these roles systematically and swiftly.

What You Bring

• You have completed your studies in Business Economics, Business Law, (Business) Informatics, (Business) Engineering, or a comparable field.
• You have several years of practical experience in the financial industry or sustainability and wish to deepen your expertise in these areas.
• Skills in project management, excellent analytical abilities, and strong communication and presentation skills are essential.
• You can quickly understand complex issues, find solutions with a goal-oriented approach, and effectively present these in English as well.
