Henkel is seeking a lead for ESG digital product development to translate sustainability and business needs into scalable data tools. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across Sustainability, BUs/Fs, and IT to deliver user-centric dashboards and front-end solutions.

You will establish governance, enable audit readiness, and drive continuous capability building while fostering collaboration and team development across functions. Fluent English required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor/Master degree in Data Science, Engineering, IT, Computer Science, Mathematics, or similar.
• 5-7 years of relevant work experience in digitalization and/or data science/engineering field.
• Experience in scoping and implementing complex digitalization projects and balance short- and long-term benefits.
• Good communication skills at all levels and ability to structure and explain complexity in an accessible way.
• Experience working in agile environments (Kanban, Scrum) and strong technical proficiency in Python, SQL, Power BI, and Azure-based data platforms (e.g., Databricks).
• Fluent English skills.

• Drive ESG initiatives through stakeholder engagement, gremia participation, and advocacy.
• Foster team development, continuous skill growth, and strong cross-functional collaboration.

About this Position
