An international advisory firm is seeking a Manager in Restructuring based in Munich, Frankfurt, or Düsseldorf. The role requires financial stabilization for clients facing operational difficulties, creating restructuring plans, and mentoring junior team members. Candidates must have a strong academic background and experience in restructuring from a consultancy or Big Four firm. Bilingual proficiency in German and English is essential. Our German business is lead by a team of highly experienced MDs focused on delivering advisory services across Restructuring, Debt Advisory and Value Creation. Our MDs in Germany collaborate closely with their colleagues across Europe and globally to provide solutions to the complex issues facing business today.
As a Manager in the Restructuring & Advisory team, you will work with experienced colleagues to deliver multi‑stakeholder, international and domestic restructuring & advisory engagements. The successful candidate will take ownership of workstreams within client facing teams to offer direct assistance to companies that are under‑performing or experiencing a liquidity crisis.
