Jobtailor is seeking a proactive resident services specialist in Germany to manage lease renewals and engage residents across assigned properties. You will draft and execute renewals, coordinate with marketing to launch social media content, and act as a Social Media Ambassador to boost community engagement.

Ideal candidates have experience in property management or resident services and strong communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media marketing.
